Another day... another year older!

This past week my daughter and I celebrated our birthdays. We are 24 hours apart and it's so fun to share this bond with her. She has become a little recording of me. I get to go first and then on her day I hear her repeating many of things I said to make sure no one forgot it was MY special day. This is just one of the many things that makes parenthood exhilarating and so damn frightening at the same time. Shame on the parent not on their best behavior at all times, no?
